After nearly 30 years of serving these communities we are deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in us.

A Legacy of Care
This practice was founded in 1996 by Dr. Jeffrey L. Silveira, MD, alongside his wife, Hope Silveira. Together, they were honored to grow the practice from a single location with just four employees into a thriving multi-location organization, including three clinic locations, FYZICAL dizzy and balance center, and a surgery center—employing over 80 dedicated team members at the time of Dr. Silveira’s passing on June 14, 2023.
We loved our staff as family and were deeply committed to providing excellent ENT care to the many communities and counties we were privileged to serve. Dr. Silveira always believed that his calling as a physician and surgeon was a gift from God, and he always gave God the glory.
In 2001, we began a tradition of providing each patient with a Bible, along with small tokens of comfort such as stuffed animals. Most importantly, Dr. Silveira prayed over each and every patient before surgery. He felt it was an honor to care for his patients and truly loved them.
His compassion, faith, and dedication created a legacy that will continue to live on in the lives he touched.
